CORE INTENSITY
Focus on the core: AB's, low back, glutes and thighs. Tighten the AB's, strengthen the low back, tone the glutes and thighs in an intense core focused class. Held: Monday & Wednesday 9:30 am - 10:15 am TURBO TONE Energetic and fast paced total body strength and conditioning. Be prepared to sweat and work hard. Held: Friday 8:30 am - 9:30 am PILATES Mat based class. Balls, rings, and bands also used. Excellent class for core muscle, balance and stability. An intermediate to advanced level class. Held: Mon., Tues., Wed., & Thurs. 8:30 am - 9:45 am SUNRISE CYCLING Sweat Soaking, Heart Pounding, Body Pumping FUN. For the apparently healthy, active, older adult a variety of methods including weight machines, free weights, resistance bands and balls are used for a total body strength and conditioning workout. Held: Mon., Wed., & Fri. 9:15 am - 10:00 am STEP & PUMP CIRCUIT 45 minutes of alternating step/weighted exercise segments. An Intermediate level class, some step experience is preferred. Some combinations and patterns can be challenging. Held: Tues. & Thurs. 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm ABS-O-GLUTELY 15 - 20 minutes of abdominal, low back, and glute exercises with mats and balls followed by total body stretching and flexibility. Held: Tues. & Thurs. 6:15 pm - 7:00 pm ZUMBA ZUMBA means move fast and have fun. Come join the party! It's hip-hop, reggae, salsa, merengue, and a whole lot more.
