STRENGTH TRAINING
Using resistance bands, balls, and hand held weights to tone and condition the total body.
SENIOR CHAIR AEROBICS
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living.
STEP AEROBICS
45 minutes of cardio workout using a step bench while stepping to great musci and burning calories.
