Youth
Children ages 6 through 13 may use the gym and pool during scheduled times and during family times if accompanied by a parent (5-year-olds may use the gym). The Zone is open to 6 to 13 year old children after school, on Saturday and during school holidays. The Zone contains pool table, TV/VCR, a variety of table games and puzzles. Youth members must be accompanied by a parent except during Zone times when they're supervised by Zone Staff. Check with our Y-Staff concerning hours of operation. Summer hours will be posted. Zone hours are subject to change. |  |

Full-Time college and high school students ages 14 and older may use the following facilities: youth/student locker room, gym, track, cardio, and free weight rooms, racquetball courts, and swimming pool during scheduled times and lap swim times. *Student memberships do not include the use the Adult Locker Rooms or towels. |
Family Memberships
Family memberships include parents and dependent children through age 18. Children are entitled to a Youth/Student membership, but are not entitled to use Adult Locker Rooms. Adult Locker Rooms are only available for parents and adult with adult memberships. Single parent family memberships are available for single, divorced or widowed parents. Adult and Husband & Wife
Includes all the facilities plus use of the Adult Locker Rooms, which include sauna, whirlpool, steamroom, and exercise equipment. Massages are available for a reduced fee. |  |
 | Pre-School
Children age five (5) and under are not eligible for individual memberships. Under family memberships, they are permitted to use the facilities with their parents during "family" times and may also register for classes at member rates. Child Watch Members children 5 and under may use the Child Watch free at posted hours. Parent(s) must be in the building and using the facilities. Hours are posted at the Member Services Center and at the Child Watch. |
Adult Locker Room Children's Hours
Girls 5 or older may accompany their mothers in the Women's Adult Locker Room and boys 5 or older may accompany their fathers in the Men's Adult Locker Room after 6 PM Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and all day Sunday. *Children 4 and under are permitted in the Adult Locker Rooms at any time, but must be closely supervised by the parent. |  |
 | Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at the Member Services Center. The YMCA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Towels Adult members receive free use of up to two (2) towels per visit and .25 cents for additional towels beyond 2. Youth/Student members can rent a towel for .25 cents. A charge will be made for towels not returned. Locker Rental Lockers are available for use only while using the facilities. Half locker are available for a fee. If not renewed on the anniversary or expiration date, items will be removed. |
Guest Policy
The YMCA is a membership organization and as such, our members receive priority access to facilities. Beginning June 1, we will change our guest usage and AWAY guidelines to reflect our commitment to YMCA members. The new guest usage guideline will be as follows:
The AWAY (Always Welcome At YMCAs) program varies at YMCAs throughout the country. The YMCA of Madison County participates in this program which enables members from other Ys to use the YMCA of Madison County facilities as a guest member as follows:
AWAY guests must complete an away registration form and show their home YMCA membership card.
AWAY guests can utilize YMCA of Madison County facilities free for the first 10 visits per calendar year.
After the 10th visit, AWAY guests must purchase a guest pass for $8 per visit. YMCA of Madison County members wishing to use out-of-town YMCAs should call ahead and check AWAY guidelines before traveling. YMCAs around the country can be found on the national YMCA website at www.ymca.net. A YMCA staff member will be happy to assist you find the correct information for you.
- Guests are welcome at the YMCA and are entitled to purchase three visits per calendar year (January 1 through December 31) to use YMCA facilities. After the third visit, guests must purchase a membership to use YMCA facilities. The three-visit guideline does not apply in the case of guests who are enrolled in a YMCA programs (i.e. swim lessons or youth programs). The noon-time basketball is not considered a program, thus participants must purchase a YMCA membership to play. There will no longer a daily fee with unlimited visits.
