CARDIO CIRCUIT
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand weights, elastic tubes with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation.

MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND RANGE OF MOVEMENT
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of cardiovascular and muscular strength and endurance exercises with hand weights, elastic tubes with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball that are designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, range of movement and activities for daily living. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of exercises and for stretching and relaxation.

YOGASTRETCH
YogaStretch will move your body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Held: Wed. & Fri. 10:30 am - 11:30 am Tues & Thurs 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm |
