Swim, Play, and Learn Aquatic Safety Habits

Teaching kids and families to be safe in and around the water!
A water safety program for non-swimmers and beginning swimmers ages 3 to 13 yrs. YMCA Splash consists of four 45-minute sessions on Monday through Thursday. The sessions teach participants about being safe in all aquatic environments including pools, boats, beaches, and water parks.
We will teach water safety practices and basic swimming skills along with YMCA core character values - caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Families are invited and encouraged to join their children and assist with the lessons.
Who: Non-swimmers and beginners ages 3 to 13 yrs.
When: Monday -Thursday
April 2nd - April 5th, 2012
3 – 5 yr. olds are 10:15 – 11:00 am
6 - 9 yr. olds are 11:15 – 12:00 pm
10 – 13 yr. olds are 12:15 – 1:00 pm
Where: Anderson Family YMCA Pool
Cost: $12 for Y members and $30 for non-members
What to bring: Bathing suit, towel and a smile!
