- Perform CPR for infants, children and adults
- Operate as one-person and two-person rescuers
- Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Use a barrier device during rescue breathing
- Relieve a foreign body airway obstruction
- Understand the Cardiac Chain of Survival
Safety First!
Safety is our top priority at the Y. We follow all CDC guidelines, along with those from state and local officials, to ensure we provide the healthiest, safest environment possible.
