Led by experienced staff, summer day camp helps banish boredom and offers a multitude of other benefits while also allowing kids to return home each afternoon.
Unplug From Technology
Y camps give kids a chance to forget about their tablets, phones and video games, and find new passions: science, art, sports and fitness, culture, healthy cooking, and more.
Discover Their Potential
Camp provides opportunities for kids to step out of their comfort zone and exposes them to new activities and experiences. Activities and field trips give campers at the Y the opportunity to try different things and build confidence.

Giving kids opportunities to get outside and participate in physical activities, explore nature and work together as a team helps them grow and keeps them active.

What You Need to Know About Day Camp
Seasonal Availability
Day camps are available during summer, fall, winter and spring break.
Hours
Camps start at 6 a.m. and go through 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Weekly Camps
Summer camp dates differ depending on location but go from the end of May through the beginning of August.

| June 17-21 | Homestead Week Children will get the opportunity to craft their own masterpiece and learn what it’s like to be an entrepreneur. They’ll also learn about farming, caring for homestead animals, gardening, and more. |
| June 24-28 | STEM Week Children will have fun conducting Science experiments with friends and teachers. |
| July 1-5 | Freedom is Ringing Celebrate our Independence, red, white, and blue style! We’ll play structured games outside and have a fun week enjoying our freedom. |
| July 8-12 | Water Fun Water week is finally here. We have fun in the sun and stay cool with water games and activities. Make sure to pack your beach towel, sunscreen, and swimsuit. |

| June 3-7 | Green Thumbs Have fun learning about plants and all of the things they need to flourish and grow. |
| June 10-14 | Lights, Camera, Action Learn set and costume design, stage direction, and script writing. Have fun becoming characters, acting out scenes, and learn how to command the attention of others while performing on stage. |
| June 17-21 | Sports Galore Experience a variety of sports. Learn all of the basics of basketball, soccer, football, and hockey while finding your favorite. |
| June 24-28 | Artistic Inspiration Unleash your inner artist through crafts and artistic activities. |
| July 1-5 | Party in the USA Let’s party! We plan to do firecrackers and other events. |
| July 8-12 | Farm & Garden Gurus Special guest speakers will teach us about farming and gardening. |
| July 15-19 | Community Helpers We’ll venture out into the community and see how we can be beneficial. |
| July 22-26 | Field Day Week We’ll do multiple field day activities such as three-legged race and tag. |

Need Financial Assistance?
We never turn a child away from camp due to their inability to pay. If you need financial assistance please fill out our packet and return it to the YMCA front desk.
